Instructions for Table Border

Before adhering the Cutouts, place Flag Cutouts around the edge of the table, positioning them about 1.5" from the edge and spacing the Flags about 1" apart. When satisfied with placement, moisten Cutouts with wet sponge and press into place by rubbing with dry paper towel. What could be easier!

Instructions for Plate Holders:

plateholders
Spray paint wicker paperplate holders in red, white and blue paint. When dry, stack the plate holders in any configuration that you like. Mount one Flag Cutout on the piece of white paper and place on top of the stack.

Lay ribbon over the top of the stack with half the length draped on either side. Holding ribbon in place, flip stack over and tightly twist the ribbon in the center of the stack on the bottom. Flip stack back to the top and bring the ribbon up the sides in the opposite direction of the first wrap. Tie a bow in the center and trim the ends of the ribbon at an angle.

Now, give your guests some time to admire your creation by making them wait awhile before bringing out the food!
