Instructions for Flag Chest

Paint chest barn red inside and out. Let dry between all coats of paint.

Paint top and base with blue paint and paint body of chest off white/cream. Let the crackle finish do its thing. Let dry. Wipe the dark stain over outside of chest.
interior
If you would like to put rope handles on, drill holes in sides and attach rope by slipping rope from the outside to the inside. Knot off the end as shown above.

Apply the Flag WALLIES® Cutouts around outside.

Use Folk Art Star WALLIES® Cutouts on the top, or use gold paint to paint them on by hand.

Finish off with several coats of clear sealer, if desired.
