Birdhouses continue to be one of the most popular craft items. Whatever your design preference, there is sure to be a WALLIES® Cutout that's perfect for your birdhouse.

c) Fences with Ivy Birdhouse

Prime your birdhouse with a dark rust color.

Cover top with:
ivy

When wrapping WALLIES® around an edge just wet the back, put them on and wrap around the corner. Hold in position for 5 seconds or so to make sure the paste is adhering.

Wrap around the bottom edge:

Make a cute little "Vacancy" sign by painting a piece of cardboard, let dry and write the word "vacancy" in the center. Glue a small piece of twine for a hanger and "hang" on the birdhouse with a dot of glue.

These Cutouts can make many different designs.
d) Mary Engelbreit® Cottage Rose Birdhouse

Paint birdhouse a deep rust or deep pink color.

Paint roof a bright green color.

Place Cutouts around birdhouse and on the roof:

Using salmon, lavender and yellow paint, you can paint your own small cottage roses on the edge of the roof. This is very easy to do! Try it! Use a fine line permanent marker for the black lines.

Acrylic Enamel Paint (your choice of colors)

TIPS

Because WALLIES® are made from a vinyl coated paper, we don't recommend that they be used for decorating your outside birdhouses. They are fine on covered porches though!
a) Blue Willow Birdhouse

Paint body of birdhouse blue.

Paint roof white.

Decorate with:

b) Summer Garden Birdhouse

Paint body of birdhouse a cream color.

Paint edges of roof a dark rust or green.

Paint a wash of rust over the cream color after it has dried.
