RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase of current items and credit your method of payment minus shipping and handling costs. A 5% restocking fee will be incurred on every return. Patterns, cutouts, murals, must be uncut and unopened. We do not accept returns of: CDs, DVDs and all software. These are not refundable. We will not accept any discontinued items for return, unless the item is defective. If you have any questions or problems with a fabric order, please email us. You must enclose a copy of your packing slip along with your return.
